In January, Shirt announced via his instagram the idea to smoke and pass two large blunts around the country to anyone interested in participating. He started the nationwide cypher with friends in Los Angeles, California, and next shipped one of the blunts to Queens, New York, and the other to Austin, Texas. The blunt arrived in a glass cigar case inside of a padded envelope and included a light blue lighter. Recipients presumably had their own cyphers, then shipping the blunt, glass case, and lighter to the next address and so on. Reaching some ten people in eight states, both blunts were still circulating around the country over a month later.}
