In 2017, Shirt traveled to Sierra Leone, West Africa where he explored the region with friends and family for 10 days. The song "Woman Is God" was written largely during this trip. Shirt explained the "video was made because I looked up and found myself in the most beautiful place I’ve ever been...in the middle of writing a song called Woman Is God." The video is shot by Shirt and friends on a GoPro camera and edited down from hours of footage.
