Installed on the 41st side of the Queensbridge Projects in Queens, NY the 10-foot dot-painted Mickey sculpture was said to be a "gift to the community," instantly attracting kids who recognized its famous form. Visiting the site four days later, the piece was found two blocks from its original location abandoned near trash. The piece was salvaged, then later restored and kept in private collection.
